Return & Refund Policy

At BRAG DRIP, every product is crafted specially for you. We maintain strict quality checks before dispatch, but in rare cases where something goes wrong, we are here to help.

 

Products are Non-Refundable

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, as every item is made-to-order.

 

PRODUCTS CAN BE EXCHANGED ONLY IF:

1. PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos or videos for verification.
• Once verified, we will arrange a free pickup and replacement.
• The replacement product will be delivered in 5-7 working days post approval.

2. SIZE EXCHANGE

• Size exchanges are accepted only once per order.
• Since each T-shirt is printed after your order is placed, a shipping, reprinting and courier charge of ₹930 courier will apply.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• You must raise the size exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@bragdrip.com .
  
• The exchanged product will be delivered in 5-7 working days post approval.

PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED IF:

• The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is used, washed, or altered.
• Tags or original packaging are missing.
• The order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested.

Each BRAG DRIP clothing is printed on demand, meaning it is made especially for you. Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order to avoid unnecessary exchange charges.
